Shipping policy

1- Delivery Areas

Fit Furniture delivers to all governorates across Egypt.

2- Delivery Time

Each product page shows its delivery time in the specifications. Most pieces are delivered within 7–10 days, and some pieces take 15–20 days.

Outside Cairo and Giza, the shipping company may need an additional 4 to 7 business days to complete the delivery.

3- Delivery Fees

Black Friday offer (until 30 November 2026): delivery is free on all orders inside Cairo and Giza.

For other governorates, the delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

4- Order Confirmation

Every order is confirmed by our team by phone or WhatsApp before it is prepared for delivery. Our team will also contact you to schedule the delivery date.

5- Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order on delivery. If there is any visible damage, defect or mismatch, refuse the item and report it within 24 hours, as described in our Refund Policy.
